at the crossroads of imagination, myth, and embodiment
The creation of something new is not accomplished by the intellect but by the play instinct.
— Carl Jung
Creative Depth Work is a guided process of creative self-exploration that supports meaningful personal change through art-making, body-based practice, reflective dialogue, and connection with the natural world.
Creative Depth Work is a gentle path of soul-tending, an invitation to listen beneath the noise of daily life and follow the threads that are quietly weaving your life from within.
In this work, we slow down enough for what has been shaping your life quietly to begin to show itself.
Images, memories, questions, and half-formed longings begin to emerge, and through conversation and creative practice we stay with them, giving their meaning time to unfold.
This work often begins at threshold times, when something long held beneath awareness begins to stir. An old story comes into view, and as we tend it with patience and curiosity, its grip softens. With greater perspective comes greater choice, and space opens for something more authentic and newly alive to take shape.
Times of transition:
• Navigating a life shift such as a career change, relationship transition, or the empty nest
• Adjusting to life in a new country, language, or culture
• Feeling stuck in the routines of daily life and sensing a longing for something deeper
• Finding yourself at a crossroads, unsure of what comes next
• Struggling with a creative block or the fear of expressing your true self
• Moving through a period of spiritual questioning or reorientation
In these moments, the work offers a steady space to pause, reflect, and realign with what feels
most alive and essential in you.
I offer ongoing classes, workshops, retreats, and individual sessions, each offering a different way to engage this work.
Explore the paths that feel most alive for you.
