the ground beneath me
I would love to live like a river flows,
carried by the surprise of its own unfolding.
― John O’Donohue
I have been playing at the intersection of movement, depth psychology, and nature for over two decades. My background as a contemporary dance choreographer and long practice in Authentic Movement continue to shape the way I listen and work. Over time, this path opened into ritual mask work, Jungian-based expressive arts practice and study, and many seasons teaching children outdoors.
The forest and the children taught me something essential: attention and play are fundamental human capacities that so many of us have forgotten. I aim to help us remember and cultivate these ways of meeting ourselves and the world.
With individuals and groups, we explore our stories through image, movement, artmaking of all kinds, and deep conversation. Sometimes we are indoors in the studio. Often we are outside. Sometimes we are building a mask. Sometimes we are following a dream. The form shifts, but the orientation remains the same: stay close to what is alive and see where it leads.
This work is deeply informed by my long affiliation with JourneyPath Institute in the United States, where I trained extensively with founder Cat Caracelo. I am a Certified Creative Depth Coach and have been a teaching assistant there for the past seven years. For over a decade, I have been engaged in ritual mask work with Veronika Glaser in Switzerland.
I am currently completing my training as an Applied Jungian Practitioner with the Center for Applied Jungian Studies. I hold a Swiss diploma in Nature Pedagogy, am a Certified Forest Therapy Guide with ANFT, and earned an MA in Movement and Dance from the Laban Center in London.
If you are curious about working together — in a group, a workshop, or one-to-one, I would be glad to hear from you.
